1. Property rental
contracts begin and end on a Saturday with a minimum term of one week.
2. Prices indicated are for a rental period of one week and include all
services and facilities as described in each house’s details. The
rental does not include heating, wood and pool heating, telephone/fax,
cots, high chairs, cooks or cooking services.
3. Accommodation is
reserved by returning the booking form that is below. Once you have
duly filled it, please click on "send" while on-line.

TerradiSiena s.a.s
will confirm the availability of a property immediately, in
writing.
A deposit of 50% of
the total cost is payable on booking. The deposit together with a
booking fee of Euro18,10 ($18,50; £13) is to be sent by
swift to: ICRA IT 3F DL0 a/c 11396/47 - ABI: 08489; CAB: 71821; Code
IBAN: IT 31 Z 08489 71821 000000011396, clearly
indicating: "To be paid to TERRADISIENA S.A.S., at BANCA
VALDICHIANA, CREDITO TOSCO-UMBRO, a/c 11396/47 - WITHOUT ANY CHARGE TO
THE BENEFICIARY".
The balance of the
rental is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
4. The returnable
breakage deposit indicated by TerradiSiena, is to be paid directly to
the owner on arrival, or to TerradiSiena or its representatives.
5. TerradiSiena
cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (water,
electricity etc.) it will, however, make every effort as far as it is
able to see that the failure is corrected as quickly as possible.
6. The number of
sleeping places indicated in the property’s details is understood to
be the maximum number of persons the property accommodates. This can
be exceeded with the prior consent of the owner.
7. Occupants
are expected to arrive on Saturday between 4.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. and
depart on Saturday between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. The tenants must leave
the property in a clean and tidy condition.
8. Any cancellation
of the booking by the client must be received by TerradiSiena in
writing and the following amounts will be payable by the client to the
Company on demand: if cancellation is 45 days before arrival: 30% of
total rent cost; 44-20 days before arrival: 80% of total rent cost;
19-10 days before arrival: 100% of total rent cost.
9.
Any dispute the client may have concerning booking or renting is to be
settled in the Montepulciano court of law. Booking assumes acceptance
of the above conditions without reservation.
