Beautiful apartment on the first floor of a large country villa, just 4
km from the wonderful mediaeval town, Cetona.
Guests will be able to enjoy full privacy
thanks to the independent entrance and the use of the private pool,
which the owners do not use when the house is let. |

Access to
the recently restored apartment is via a large stone stairway leading up to
a traditional Tuscan loggia, from where you can enjoy the view and relax on
the garden furniture.
A
cupboard painted with a Tuscan countryside scene conceals a washing machine
and everything else necessary for drying and ironing. |

The entrance
opens into a large reception room where an enormous fireplace presides over the
lounge area.
An arch divides the lounge from the dining room/study.
Three comfortable bedrooms, 2 with bathrooms en suite
and 1 with an external bathroom provide room for up to 6 people.
The
kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher and electric oven.
An exceptional view of the villa's grounds can be
enjoyed from every window, this includes the surrounding countryside and the
town of Cetona. |

Guests can relax outside on the easy chairs in two large rest areas
offering shade and a unique view.
The pool (9x4) stands a few
metres from the house and has a small changing cabin, a sun shelter with
a fridge and chaises longues for relaxing by the pool alongside
the large lawn. |
