A beautiful villa standing just 2km
from the centre of the town of Cetona in a panoramic and tranquil position.
The house is built on just one floor
and is made up of an entrance study, a master bedroom with a bathroom
ensuite and fireplace; broad windows overlook the garden and out over
Val di Chiana. |

A guest bedroom has 2 single beds
and a private bathroom in the corridor. You can enjoy the peaceful view of
the garden from all the windows.
Go down two steps and you suddenly
arrive in the dining area where a large table and chairs seat as many as
eight guests, you can stay in contact with your guests through the large
opening into the comfortably furnished kitchen area. A brick Roman,
or round, arch divides the dining area from the lounge, where wide
windows give the room a particularly light ambience. |

French windows take you out onto a
large panoramic terrace where a pergola offers a large area of shade where
you can eat, drink and relax during the warmer hours in summer.
The house is tastefully finished and
is extremely comfortable especially for those who do not like stairs. |

The garden that surrounds the house is a delight; full
of roses and borders with a beautiful mimosa directly facing the entrance,
and a multitude of olive, fruit and other tall trees.
During summer guests may even sample the produce from
the orchard.
The house has two fireplaces, one in the master bedroom
and the other in the lounge, but there is also a central heating system so
you can also stay at the house in winter. |

ironing equipment.
There is a covered car parking space at the side of
the house.
