into a dining room with two comfortable armchairs, one of which can be
transformed in a bed. |

A TV set is also installed.
On the same floor
there is a double bedroom with an enchanting view of Monte Cetona;
another room with a single bed, a bathroom and a kitchen.

French windows lead from the kitchen to a terrace and from
there you go down some steps to a private garden.

The garden has a shady strawberry-grape pergola and is
furnished, giving you a fresh and relaxing dining table.

From the garden you can enjoy the view of the countryside and of the Collegiata
(a 13th Century Cathedral).

Comfortably furnished in typical Italian style, including a colour TV
and fridge/freezer.
Central
heating ensures a pleasant stay even in winter.

the low season the apartment is available for rent also during the week-ends.
