This beautiful villa is situated just
4.5 km from the mediaeval town of Cetona on a small hillock from which
you can enjoy a 360° view, from the mountain of Cetona around to the
Val di Chiana, via the Umbrian hills. |

The house was the old school
for the town in the 40s. It was later restored by the owners into a welcoming
and enchanting property. The surrounding land (7000m2) is enclosed by
cypress and fruit trees and there is also a 7m x 12 pool.

The villa is on two floors,
on the ground there is a large hall with a fireplace, dining room,
kitchen, double bedroom, a twin bedroom and stairs to a small mezzanine
floor where there is a single bedroom, a large bathroom and a WC between
the two rooms.

A beautiful hand-sculpted
travertine stairway ascends to the first floor on which there is a fine
living space with a fire and dining area, a double room with shower en
suite, two twin (or double) rooms sharing a large bathroom. |

From the kitchen, there are french windows
out to a colonnade. The dining room also has its own french windows which
grant access to the garden, where there is a pergola equipped with a large
table for peaceful dining al fresco. |

(some rooms have larger windows added). |

style and comfort, and is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.
