Awesome house in Cetona’s old quarter,
which provides the guest with the benefit of being just a few short steps from
the town's main Piazza where you will find all the bars, restaurants and
shops.
The house resides in its own little
paradise amid a large garden with a pergola to the front of the kitchen and
another pergola in a more secluded corner with a barbecue.

A stairway connects the garden with a lower level
terrace on which there is a large hydro-massage bath looking out over a
truly unique panorama where an area furnished with a further small table and
bench is a place to enjoy complete tranquillity and relaxation.

This side of the garden has a small summerhouse with a
double bedroom and bathroom.
The house is truly charming and has recently been restored
in keeping with the old houses of the town, maintaining the terracotta flooring
and ceilings either vaulted or with wooden beams. |

The property is on the ground and first floor of an old
palazzo whose windows look out over a part of the garden, which has
been organised such as to enable the maximum privacy. |

It comprises a kitchen with a dining
area with patio doors into the garden, a double room with a bathroom en suite
(shower), large living space with dining and lounge area with fireplace and a
piano, or with patio doors out into the garden. |

A terracotta laid stairway takes you up
to the upper floor where there is a guest bathroom, two double bedrooms with
another two bathrooms (with showers).
And leading from the kitchen there is
another bedroom with bunk beds and a butler's bathroom. |

enjoy a fantastic view of Monte Cetona and the valley.
