Beautiful stone villa in Porano
comune a few kilometres from Orvieto.
Standing on a small hill and
encircled by a delightful garden and some tall trees.

The property comprises an entrance, a
servant’s room with a fireplace and wood stove; a huge hall separated from the
dining area by arches a tutto sesto (semi-circular vaults), and two more
large reception/living rooms. |

On the same floor there is another
small room with a kitchen.
A stairway leads up the second floor
where there are three double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom en suite;
the others share the same bathroom. |

The house retains the character of
old country houses with its ceramic floors, wood-beamed ceilings and arches
a tutto sesto (semi-circular vaulting). |

It is an extremely comfortable house for
summer and winter stays, thanks to both central heating and more than enough
outdoor breathing space.

spa-bath is freely available to guests.
