part of Tuscany, only 7km from Cetona and 2km from
Piazze, in a very green
area and at about 10km from the A1 motorway, could not be handier for all the
more important and significant Italian centres of art and history. |

villa stands in a tranquil and secluded area and enjoys a terrific view of
Monte Cetona, of the Sienese countryside and of the Umbrian hills.
The whole property is fenced and entry is by
a gate.

On the ground floor there is a
light living room with dining area and a lounge where glass doors open out to
a terrace, which is covered by an arbor and furnished with a table for
wonderful breakfasts and dinners al fresco.

There is a small, perfectly accessorized
kitchen, large master bedroom with fireplace and a comfortable bathroom with a
shower.

One
of the rooms has an exit out to the veranda, with stairs down to the side of
the house with the pool.

extremely comfortable. Not forgetting color TV, dishwasher and washing machine.
