Sole (A1), with which you can reach, in no more than an hour and a half by
car, all the famous centres of culture and art in Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio,
like Florence, Siena, Spoleto, Arezzo and Rome. |

area and overlooks Monte Cetona and the Sienese

is built out of local stone and has been restored, conserving its classic
Tuscan character.
It is accessed by 1,5 km of country road and is encircled by a

On the ground floor there is an
entrance hall, a breakfast room, the kitchen, a dining room with a
barbecue, large french windows with access to shady and panoramic area,
a bedroom with shower and bath.
Still on the ground floor there is a single room and a bathroom with

On the upper floor there is a
generous living room with fireplace and a terrace, a master bedroom with
bathroom en-suite and access to a terrace.
A double bedroom and a single room share a bathroom with
shower.

protection of the many fragile and valuable pieces, the owner requests that
small children are supervised at all times by adults.
