Casale Poderuccio, Cetona (sleeps 6+1)

Just a kilometre and a half from the town of Cetona, near Siena, in a tranquil and panoramic position, stands this old restored farm, bordered by a completely fenced, rustic garden.

The house, all in stone was restored only on the upper floor and has a stairway entrance that takes you up to a small panoramic veranda from which you can take in the delightful medieval town of Cetona.

The position is extremely peaceful and panoramic, and is one of the stronger characteristics of this property.

The house consists of: a living room with small fireplace, a kitchen, three double rooms one of which has a bath/shower en-suite. There is another bathroom with shower and two more spare rooms.

In one of the rooms it is possible to add a single camp bed. The house can accommodate 6 people and a guest. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Poderuccio: the kitchen

The furnishing is typical of Tuscan country houses, high iron beds and nineteenth century wooden furniture. The kitchen is simple but very functional.

On the ground floor in a small room there is a washing machine. The garden is furnished with tables and chairs.
