two floors restored maintaining the character of an old Tuscan country home.
Bordered by a rustic garden with olives and tall trees.

charming medieval town of Cetona.

The house just went through a complete
refurbishment.
A short track goes up to the
pool, just rebuilt, of 7m x 14m. The area around the pool, amongst olive trees
and reeds, is furnished with deck chairs and umbrellas.

To reach this house, you drive
up a country road that is a little steep but well looked after.
On the ground floor there is a large living
room with fireplace and door-windows to go to the garden.

An internal
stairs bring to the upper floor. After a small entrance, there are two twins
or double rooms with two batrooms (one with a bath and another with a
shower), and a studio with a large fire-place.
The house can easily accommodate 6 people.

Agreeably fitted with typical Tuscan furniture,
the house is extremely comfortable and welcoming. Washing machine, dishwasher,
television and fridge with freezer.

Central
heating ensures a pleasant stay, even in winter.
The
farmhouse is just 1.5km from the town of Cetona,
at the end of 150m of asphalt road.

Only 10km from Chiusi railway station from
which you can get to Florence and Rome in an hour and you will be just a few
minutes by car from Fonteverde, the thermal spa resort at San Casciano
dei Bagni, famed for its elegant 35° pool.
