central building and is a period stone country house called "La Polzella", it

The other two
buildings:

The largest of
the three, will be divided into 24 apartments with terraces and/or garden,
having surface areas between 50 and 129 sq. mt.
Building C:
The smallest
of the three, will be divided into 4 apartments with terraces and/or garden,
having surface areas between 55 and 113 sq. mt.
