Ground-roof house with views, in the historic center of Cetona, not far from the parking lot of Via Sobborgo.
It is on three levels and consists of a room on the ground floor used as a kitchen with fireplace, utility room and bathroom with small window. A terracotta staircase leads to the upper floor, where you can also access by a staircase with external loggia, where we find a living room-study and storage room. Upstairs is the bedroom with two panoramic windows and a bathroom with bathtub. The house was renovated in the '90s. It was then uninhabited for over 7 years. Therefore, it needs some interior work and to request the change of use in case you want to keep the kitchen on the ground floor.

Cetona is a village that is just a few kilometers from the A1 motorway, and from the train station where it is easy to get in just over an hour Rome, Florence and Perugia (International airports) while with a short drive you can reach famous places like Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia (international airport) and Orvieto.
