Just 100 meters from the main square of the village and a step away from a large parking lot, is this old house ground-roof on three levels consisting of a living room with kitchenette with fireplace and small storage. A staircase leads to the first floor where you will find, a bedroom, the bathroom and a walk-in closet. From here a staircase leads to the second floor where there is a spacious bedroom and a small single room that could become the second bathroom.
On the ground floor-basement there is a large storage room, with vaulted ceilings and the old tuff cellar, all with window , to be restored and with a hatch that already exists as a connection to the kitchen floor, although it has been closed at the moment.
The floors are with parquet and the ceilings with ancient wooden beams and planks.
The house is very bright and cozy. Independent gas heating.
