Nice country house built in bricks , on two levels. On the ground floor is the old barn with ceilings made of small brick vaults and storage rooms. An external staircase leads to the first floor with a loggia. The entrance is in the large kitchen with the old fireplace, from which you pass to a corridor on which overlook the six bedrooms and the bathroom.
This floor was inhabited until a few years ago, and also had a heating system.
A large barn and a pigsty belong to the property. The land surrounding the property is about 2 hectares with tall trees, cypresses and fruit trees.
The farmhouse needs renovation work, but it would be ideal for a receptive activity.
