In the historic center of Cetona a few steps from the main square where there are shops, restaurants and bars, is located this nice house on two levels to which you can access by an external staircase. It consists of an entrance with kitchenette, living room with fireplace and windows overlooking Umbrian hills. A spiral staircase leads to the lower floor where there is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a room with washing machine.
Externally there is the technical compartment with the boiler. The floors are in terracotta, the windows all with double glazing and shutters, ceilings with wooden beams . The house is very comfortable ideal as a residence or for vacation. Very close to a free parking area.
