Just 20 meters from the main square of Cetona, there is this pretty house on 4 levels, connected by internal staircase, habitable .
It consists of a large room on the ground floor, which can be used either as a small garage or storage room, or transformed into a hobby room, after an intervention that cures the moisture that comes from the cellar below, which has been closed with a trapdoor but can be reopened if you want. This room is equipped with heating.
Upstairs there is a spacious kitchen with fireplace and the only bathroom.
On the second floor there is a very large room and on the third floor a second large room.
All rooms are very bright and comfortable.
Windows all with double glazing and mosquito nets. Independent heating to methane.
Some floors are in terracotta, others in 70’s ceramic. The ceilings with wooden beams can only be found on the ground floor and in the kitchen.
