In the historic center of Cetona, just 150 m from the centre, there is this lovely apartment partially to be restored, without heating, all on one floor with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, kitchen, and a hallway where are the sink and the hob. The entrance is via a slightly steep staircase but could be modified using the entrance at the end located next door, where there is an old cellar and from where you reach a small garden with pergola and sidewalk,
The house has floors with grit and ceilings with wooden beams. The windows have internal shutters (mosquito nets and wooden shutters). The heating is currently with a wood stove.
