The farm is developed in the area between the municipalities of Cetona (SI) and Città della
Pieve, (PG), for a total of ha. 78.25.68, most of which in the Municipality of Cetona, with one
surface of ha. 72.88.28 and the remaining neighboring one in the Municipality of Città della Pieve, with one
surface of ha. 05.37.40
The business center is located in the Municipality of Cetona, Podere San Domenico, where they are
the buildings used as homes, warehouses, cellar, sheds and
various accessories, two former rural farms currently not used are also included in the company and,
called Pod. Capannelle and other Pod. San Domenico.
The land of the company is located partly in a flat area and partly in a hilly area,
facing the Cetona Mountain, with mainly South-West exposure and mainly cultivated with good quality arable land; other part used with
vineyard in poor vegetative state.
Further company land of considerable extension to the hilly top is affected by
mixed forest whose surface, divided into plots, is subjected to cutting according to the
timing envisaged by forestry regulations, the remaining part as uncultivated is almost limited
to the escarpments, the steepest parts, the courtyard of the buildings.
The company is composed of the following properties, identified with the following names:

G - Podere di San Domenico, business center, with respective annexes E - F - H - I - L;
O - Podere San Domenico with respective annexes M - N.
