In the historic center of Cetona, a few steps from the main square of the village is this beautiful house with a panoramic garden.
Restored in 2009, the house retains all the features of the ancient Tuscan house: terracotta floors and ceilings with wooden beams and tiles.
A gate encloses this small jewel that is the garden, of 380 square meters. which offers a view of the Umbrian hills and the village of Cetona, bordered by a hedge and with a beautiful cypress and fruit trees.
A parterre in front of the living room offers a large space in the shade for outdoor seating. A large French window with a round arch leads to the large open space where there is the living room with fireplace and the elegant kitchen.
A staircase in terracotta, where there is a bathroom/ laundry room, leads to the first floor where a living room, serves as an anteroom to a bedroom with private bathroom with an original bathtub.
A small storage room houses the boiler.
Upstairs a corridor leads to the two bedrooms, each with private bathroom.
The house is very elegant and the windows facing east, offer a really pleasant panoramic view of both the garden, the village and the Umbrian hills.
Independent heating. Part of the property is a small cellar and a woodshed.
